The Application provides tools for trading cryptocurrencies. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Cryptocurrency trading is inherently risky, and you may lose money.
  • We do not provide investment advice, and the Application does not constitute financial advice.
  • You are solely responsible for any trading decision that is made by the BOT using the Application.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Application and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Daimo Trading BOT, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Application at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Daimo Trading BOT, its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use of, or inability to use, the Application.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Application.
  • Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Application by any third party.
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Application.

In no event shall Daimo Trading BOT's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the Application during the twelve (12) months preceding the date the claim arose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Daimo Trading BOT, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Application, including, but not limited to, your user content, any use of the Application's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Application.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes related to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lagos/Nigeria, without giving effect to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Nigeria for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified so that it is valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Daimo Trading BOT regarding the use of the Application and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding such subject matter.
